These Terms of Use govern your use of Inspecverse (“the site,” “we,” “us”). By using the site — browsing listings or submitting an inspection request — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Inspecverse is

Inspecverse is a free directory and referral service connecting New York homeowners, buyers, and commercial property owners with independent, NACHI-certified home and commercial property inspectors.

See our Disclaimer for more detail on this distinction.

Submitting an inspection request

When you submit a request through our “Get a Quote” form, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and the property. Your request is reviewed by our team and routed to an inspector who may then contact you directly.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you submit.

No cost to you, no obligation

Submitting a request through Inspecverse is free and creates no obligation to hire any inspector we route your request to. Any agreement for inspection services — including price, scope, and timing — is strictly between you and the inspector you choose to work with.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through our request form
  • Use the site to collect contact information for an inspector with the intent to contact them outside of a genuine inspection request
  • Attempt to access, scrape, or copy the directory's data in bulk without our written permission
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the site, including attempting to bypass its security
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Content and accuracy

We work to keep the information on this site — including inspector listings, service area pages, and buyer guides — accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or up to date. Inspector credentials shown on this site (such as NACHI membership) reflect the source directory data we imported and have not necessarily been independently re-verified by us.

Content on this site, including buyer guides and location pages, is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice specific to your property or transaction.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and original content on this site belong to Inspecverse or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission. Inspector names, companies, and credentials displayed on this site are factual information about third parties, not content we claim ownership of.

Limitation of liability

Inspecverse is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the site, your reliance on any content on it, or any inspection services you obtain through an inspector we route your request to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
